I deleted the last post as it was so melodramatic.
My goodness, so much has happened and time has gone by.
I've really missed writing here. I'm not sure what happened, but the blog was warning of a possible malware issue if you clicked on it, so I just abandoned the blog altogether.
For some reason, it's functioning again. I am also in need of it, so here I am.
I would LOVE to do another round of HCG, but until the heavy metals are cleared from my tissue, it's too dangerous.
I've not experienced foot drop since January of last year, so this is excellent news. I still have issues with my hands now and then, but it's nothing I can't live with.
In preparation for my treatments to remove the lead from my system, I've been working on cutting down/out alcohol, and taking supplements to support my liver.
Last time I weighed myself, I was 136. This was in November. I've not weighed since. I know it's more and I hate that, but now my health needs to be priority #1, not my weight (though I know they're related). It's frustrating as last year this time I was around 114-118. I know I can get back there again once this lead is out and I can do another couple rounds.
I am beginning my Tae Bo today that I got for Christmas. I'd planned on starting before, but I ended up with that horrible crud that's been going around.
I have no more excuses, so today I begin. I was in the best shape of my life right after I had my son and started Tae Bo. I know it can whip me into shape again. I'm also doing protein shakes that have me feeling amazing, mixed with psyllium powder. Here it is, for those interested: http://proteinpowder.mercola.com/pure-protein.html . It is full of pro-biotics, and even has coconut oil in it. It's organic and provides a punch of 20 grams of protein per serving. It's my goal to do a bit of a fast with it starting tomorrow (I had steak in the fridge, so I'm doing a steak day today).
I've also ordered Red Maca. It's worth googling. The health benefits are extraordinary. I heard about it on TV as a boost for the female libido. I could use some help in that department, so I began to research. It's a wonder food! I am so looking forward to adding it into my diet.
It's time for a new collage. Normally I do this at the 1st of the year, but I wasn't feeling it. Now it's the first of the Chinese New Year and a New Moon, so I think today may be the day. I'm very curious as to what my subconscious wants me to know.
I'm a bit frightened about the next process of the heavy metal detox, but I'm also excited. I truly feel there is a major transformation ahead for me that I am just on the edge of.
My goal this year is to be the healthiest person I know. If I manage to squeeze back into my size 2 jeans, great, but more than anything, I'm striving for balance and good health. I want to be around for a very long time, especially for my family.
