117.6, up .3, dosed anyway, I've had lunch and I'm still hungry. Crap.

Did you stick with adding the protein, or did you back off from that?

Have you tried adding some fats and protein to your menu? It will raise your calorie intake but it broke my stall. It should help with the hunger pangs, too.

Christy, I added some today... I'm parking funny right now which is a sure sign I'm having my period.

Yeah, I learned a trick to get you jump started when you're close to goal and stalling. You add fat to a high protein day.
