Hey lovies,
I finally weighed in. I was 121.9 on one, 121.7 on suck up so I am taking 121.8. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I had this horrific fear I'd be closer to 130. I'm sure right after surgery I was. So much of the puffiness is gone, yet not totally. It will take a full 3 months (another 6 weeks) before the swelling in my breasts is completely gone, and a full 6 months for the belly (though I suspect it may not take that long since I didn't have the muscle repair).
So, as I said in my previous post, I think with the implants I should (should? well I want) be right around 117. Actually, given my actual LDW was 117.6 and that would have me with my new bod at 119.6, I am technically only .2 over the 2 pound limit. Not bad for not weighing for 6 weeks, eating basically anything and everything, the holidays, and not moving! I start my yoga today for 21 days before I start adding in other exercise. I have told my fitness program that I want to be at 117 by February 12 (when my best friend and my husband's best friend are coming to visit from Switzerland). Whether I make it or not, I'm not terribly concerned. Right now my main goal is to achieve balance and health.
Picture time! I'm not brave to do this nekkid though. :)

Wow Wow Wow. The pics are incredible! You look amazing!!!!!!! I am SO impressed! :) Congrats on being able to maintain your weight wonderfully the last 6 weeks. If I were you, I'd never get dressed. lol. :)
LOL! You made me giggle! Thanks so much! :D
Holy cow!!! congratulations I agree with the first comment! You look FABULOUS and you should never wear clothes again!!! haha! :):) Way to maintain that weight, too!
So, it was all worth it? :)
Congrats on the hot new you!
I think clingy sweaters and snug tshirts would be the way to show off the girls! You look great!
The girls are gorgeous, and your tummy is fabulous! You have such a pretty figure!! Let's just say you're up 4.8lbs (from 117), which is amazing! You'll lose that in no time, and may even be able to do that by eating 'clean' for a few days.
I am very impressed by how stable your weight has become. How are you doing it? I ask, because you'll recall, I didn't stabilize in my last P4. What are you eating? You write that you've eaten anything and everything, but really anything? Are you cooking? If so what? Are you eating mainly P2-3 foods and eating more of them? Are you eating chips and dip, that sort of thing? I ask because I really want to do better in my next P3-4, and can learn from you...
hugs to the beautiful, newly curvaceous you!
Thanks ALL of you! I can't wait to raid the Victoria Secret!
LD, I ate anything I wanted, and would eat clean the following day and did an occasional steak day. Chips, dip, pizza, homemade boeuf bourguignon, homemade split pea soup with ham, bacon, and sausage, a couple times I even had doughnuts, chocolates, cookies, toffee, etc. - just not a LOT of it and almost always a clean day the day after wards. I am experimenting today with an apple/fondu day today. We'll see if that shakes stuff loose. I'll also pick up some filet mignons from Costco tomorrow. :)
Thanks for everything!
WOW!! I am late in the responses here, but you look fantastic!! And only 4 over?? Incredible! You did so good!! I am going to get in touch with a surgeon in LaJolla who was recommended by a friend of mine who just had a lift and reduction, for a consult. I will be reviewing your blogs so I know what questions to ask.
Thanks LD for asing about stabilizing... I had the same question (and problem with my last round!!) I never could figure out how to bring the weight down after a steak day that didnt take care of it, or multiple steak days. Apple/cheese days may be the thing.
Lis, Yay!! Go for it and ask me anything! Also, the thyroid meds Iam SURE are part of me not gaining a ton of weight.
Christy, totally forgot to say that today I can say most certainly that YES it was WORTH IT! The time, pain, and money! WOOT!
I may get brave and post a pre-op pic tomorrow... the difference is astounding.
Holy Crap! You look amazing!!! You must be so happy ;) I can't believe it is only about 5 lbs. What an incredible journey you have made! Feeling a little better each day. Going to try no pain meds today.
