Same for me! I ate clean, less than 1000 cals with high protein and I gain .6 !! WTH?? Makes no sense. I am done trying to make the scale say a certain thing. We know what to do. Eat clean, excercise and get on with it. No one is going to be looking at your after pictures and thinking anything but wow she looks great! Don't kill yourself for that. It is probably all the stress about it that is causing the problem in the first place.
There must be something in the water. I ate REALLY clean, 1500 calories (about 500 less BMR+exercise dictates), and swam for 1/2 hour, and drank 4L. .9 increase...
I will try the breathing, and know that no matter what, I still look great...and I was strutting my stuff during my walk today. That made me laugh and feel better.
Oh goodness- I agree with everyone else here: take a step back, and look at all you've accomplished in your weight loss journey so far. You already are the envy of so many in our blog-land community, and no one is going to look at your pictures and think 'Oh my'. They're ALL going to be ooh-ing and aaahhh-ing over how GREAT you look!
Don't stress over these last few pounds. Relax. You look beautiful! And you have your hcg to do another round, and can attack those last few pesky lbs.
