I ended up snacking up to 800 calories last night and late into the evening! - 1?? Going with the flow. 8 more days. I think I may actually end up at my LDW from last round, however I was serious last night when I said I really am done. What releases, releases. Detoxing now. I actually can stop earlier than 8 days if I want to, which is Monday. So depending on where I'm at and how I feel, I COULD stop in 5 days. We'll see, we'll see!
I'll keep this short and sweet like me! :P

Good for you. Just take it a day at a time and be done when you are ready. Some rounds rock and some definitely do not! You are gorgeous no matter what!

Question- If i loose ten lbs can I stop and go on maintence?
Boston, if you lose 10 pounds and that's all you want to lose, you can up your calories to 1000 until you've reached 23 days of dosing. Have you read Pounds and Inches yet?

AR - Thanks! I really am relaxed. I feel fine. The only worry I have is about gaining. I just really don't want that! :) If I stay here or drop some, yay me!
Lis, I totally get it. I'd STILL love to see 112, but I can't hope for that. Too much stress. Now I would be jumping for joy if it happens, but I'm not going to count on it! :)
LD - Yes, I kind of think the combo of letting go as well as upping the calories helped! I don't think Dr. S. ever intended for those in a healthy range to do the protocol so I think experimenting and tweaking at this point is probably a good thing. I'm debating an a chicken day - just like an apple day but with chicken. It would be cheaper than a modified steak day and I don't think it would hurt to try!
