Your last dose weight was 142.2? You're more than 3 pounds under, but what can you do when you're trying to maintain and your weight goes down?

For myself, I think I'll worry more about my weight going over than going under. Of course I'm not there quite yet, so I don't know how P3 will affect me.

I start P3 tomorrow!!
