121.4 this morning for an overnight drop of 1.5 pounds. YES. I needed that.
Thank you all for the kind words about yesterday. I needed that, as well.
I am up way too early but I just couldn't sleep. Everyone is still in bed but me. The sun is still snoozing away as well.
I have a slight sore throat and my sinuses are a bit congested. I hope it's just a cold. I really cannot afford to get the flu, in so many ways. I would think if it were the flu, I'd feel like a truck hit me the same way my son felt so I have hope this isn't that.
I probably won't get to the rest of my story until my husband is back at work and my daughter is in school. It's so hard to feel comfortable writing it all out when every 5 minutes I'm interrupted with a "mom, mom, mom". I'm bursting to get it out, though. I need to get it out of my heart and into the universe.

wooHOO! YES! You're right, you did need that! And what an impressive loss too- You're still losing and at a steady pace; I think you'll see lower numbers yet.
I'd think if you had the flu you'd have the achey feeling that goes along with it. I've got my fingers crossed for you...
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have almost 3 weeks to go. I'm confident I'll get to a weight that is far enough from my high normal BMI that I'll be very comfortable!
I'm sure it's a cold. I'm feeling alright. I just need to make sure I don't catch what my son has! Speaking of, I think the coconut oil is working miracles. He's feeling better and we've not done any ibuprofen or tylonol today!

I'm going to have to remember that about the coconut oil. So far, from what I've read about it, it seems to work miracles in many different ways!

By the way, my guy feels just fine even with his 101.4 fever. I really think this coconut oil is miraculous! I am so taking it daily when I get to P3!
