3rd time's the charm - gearing up for my 3rd and final round

Okay, I believe I've got it scheduled right. Kids go back to school August 26. My son has his birthday on the 23rd. I believe I'll take the 23rd and 24th as my load days and start the VLCD on the 25th. This will have me, if I lose what I want to lose (knock on wood), in P3 on Sept. 20th, having stopped the HCG on the 16th... or is it Sept 19? Anyway, I will be well into P4 by my 10th anniversary on Oct. 17. If I had to stretch this one beyond 23 days, I could. My concerns are that I know I will gain load weight - how much is hard to say. I never did gain more than a net of 3-4 pounds in the last couple rounds, but I really want to be between 110-113 or so by the end of this round. I have had to do a few steak days this month which concerns me, though it could be hormonal. There is no rhyme or reason to the gains from what I can tell. I went camping and lost. I ate a rueben and lost. I had 5 Guys Burgers and Fries and lost. I've also had all those things and gained. I average about 1/2 a pound a day on the protocol but the first week is usually very good, and the following week slows but is still steady. If I can start out around 123, I would feel a lot more confident about reaching my goals. I am 123.5 today and was 125.4 2 days ago. I hope I can get down to 121 or so BEFORE I load. We'll see!

Till next time.

Just read your entire blog start to finish. I am so glad I found you! I too have been battling my weight for years and at 165, I decided to start making some changes. With diet and exercise I've lost 10 lbs a year for the last 3 years to get me down to 131. Now I'm on hCG to take me the rest of the way! I'm about to finish my first week of VLCD and am down to 127. I too am only 5 feet tall and it's nice to find someone who realizes that 115 is NOT unhealthy! I'll be following your progress - I really admire how you stuck with it even when things were slow. Keep at it, I'm right there with you!
