I started R2P2 on the 26th loading through the 28th with a net gain of 3 pounds (2 pounds more than my last loading which I was happy about and hoping I wouldn't be starving the first week like I was last time). Yesterday was day 1 of VLCD and I was so thrilled that I WASN'T HUNGRY! It was a very easy day and I went to the bathroom all day and all night, and I could feel myself releasing. I was so excited to get on the scale this morning. I fully expected at least a 2 pound loss. I weighed in after my load days at 142.6. This morning after VLCD, I weigh 142. 142?!? On my FIRST VLCD?? I got a pregnancy test and the HCG showed up positive. Here was what I ate:

I did the Jay Robb unsweetened egg white protein shake for my protein as I had great success last round.
What is unknown is where I am at cycle wise as I am sans uterus but other than that, this is a TOTAL mystery to me. Any ideas?!?

No idea why your loss was so small on the first day.
I'll be right with you on the journey this time--just two days behind. Today is my second load day. One more tomorrow.
My first VLCD day was my highest weight this round. Tomorrow you should see a big drop.
