had progresso veggie soup and a low carb burger from Carl's Jr. - waaaay high in sodium

I wouldn't be shocked at a gain from water alone but decided that Sundays are MINE. No calorie restrictions or diet restrictions (within reason these first few weeks).

I did that years ago with good results. I go crazy with too many restrictions. So I gave myself free Sundays. At the time, I was only giving up sugar and had a major ice cream addiction. So I decided on Sundays I could go to DQ and get an ice cream cone or a sundae. It worked fairly well.
