Up another half pound.

Nothing to do but keep on keeping on.

I haven't been weighing on "suck up" so I decided to check to see if maybe there was a problem with the scale (though I knew there wasn't as my 4s are tight ). On the way to that scale which is in my kids' bathroom, I tripped over our German Shepherd and hit my head on the wall. GAH! Nice big fat goose egg above my right eye. Niiiice! Suck up had me a half pound less, which is typical.

I got a call this morning that my brother's memorial is Sunday. I've rescheduled a class I had and will be taking off after the kids are out of school.

Not much to say. I'm perplexed by the weight. I'm off to exercise!

Sending healing and harmonious energies your way.

Love the way you share humor. You've got the right attitude so I'll second that "Keep on Keep'n On!"

hmmmm.... maybe an apple and cheese day to drop some? My thoughts for you and your family at your brother's memorial. H
*Hugs*

Thanks both of you. Lis, that's brilliant - I forgot about apple cheese days. I will be driving to Portland - what PERFECT food for that trip. That may do the trick!

Thanks too for your thoughts. It will be good to see all of my family again. I will attend the memorial and then visit my mom and dad on the coast. Sure wish we lived closer.

I'm sorry about your bobo and the 1/2lb gain. I don't have any sage words of advice, as I am going through the same thing, with no rhyme or reason. I do think Lis's idea of the apple/cheese day is a good one.

I'm sorry that your get-together is tempered by the memorial- but perhaps you can look at it as a celebration of your brother's life. My prayers will be with you and your family.

Hugs to you- damn the suck-up scale anyway....

Im so sorry to hear about your brother...maybe the 1/2 lb is emotional weight gain? Either way, please be gentle on yourself during this stressful time. My prayers are with you and your family...

And what is an an apple/cheese day, BTW?
