R5 Hour 24 of 72 hour transition - 114.6 (+.6 of LDW)

Yeah, I didn't dose...

I'm not shocked at the blip - I just had a feeling. I didn't get enough water in.

And THIS is what we woke up to. Eeegads, first snow of the season was a pounding!

I'm not motivated to do anything at this point. I think it's the weather. UGH, I hate snow. It's pretty, but it's cold and shoveling is NOT my thing, nor is driving in this mess!

I'm off to check on all y'all!

XOXOXO

I love the "eeegads"! It's a word one of my good friends uses that makes me laugh!
I forgot where you're from. I'm in MN-no snow for me YET but within a few hours north-they had some.

AND this photo looks like a beautiful deck area! Is that off of your house?

Cream in your coffee is just around the corner. I don't know how you do it. I have to give up coffee when I am not P2 cause I can't have the cream..

Darby, it is! I love our deck!

Amy, vanilla cream stevia - that's the only way I can drink my coffee without cream!

Saw your post about almond flour:
The Bob's Red Mill sounds familiar to the brand I found and bought at Walmart of all places! It's quite a bit more expensive than other flours. I think I paid close to $9 for the bag that seems small.

Wow, that looks sooooooo cold!! I could not live in that, I am too much a desert rat! :) Drink your water and I bet you see a drop tomorrow!

That is an amazing picture... Although, I would not be motivated either if I woke up to it!!! I feel your pain.

That picture is gorgeous! We are still having 89-90 degree weather in Houston! No snow anytime soon-

You had a great round! Even though all of the movement happened in the last couple of weeks or so, it turned out OK.

I know you must be getting excited about your trip!!
