118.3 on the NEW scale, 117.7 on the old!

You are SO sticking to this protocol. Your drop today is absolutely fantastic! I knew you had it in you. I can't begin to tell you how excited I am for you!!! I think purchasing the size 4 dress may be a tiny bit premature! I know you must be thrilled!
